If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website, diagnostics, checkout, student platform, or related services.

IELTS Precision is an independent IELTS preparation and diagnostic platform.

IELTS Precision is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to IELTS, IDP, British Council, Cambridge, or any official IELTS test provider.

IELTS Precision does not issue official IELTS Test Report Forms and does not conduct the official IELTS exam.

Package features, price, support level, review quota, access period, and included services are shown on the website or checkout page before purchase.

After successful payment, IELTS Precision may create or activate a student account using the information provided during checkout or onboarding.

You are responsible for entering accurate name, email address, phone number, IELTS type, target score, and other details.

The free diagnostic is an automated preparation assessment. It provides an estimated result and preparation guidance based on the submitted answers.

The free diagnostic is not an official IELTS result. It is designed to help identify starting level, weak areas, and possible next steps.

Free diagnostic results are normally shown once and sent by email where a valid email address is provided. WhatsApp result delivery depends on WhatsApp integration availability and candidate-provided contact details.

The Paid Expert Diagnostic requires payment before access. It may include auto-scored objective sections and teacher/admin-reviewed Writing and Speaking sections.

Completed parts may be saved and used for the final report. Missing, blank, incomplete, unclear, or technically failed sections may reduce the completeness or usefulness of the diagnostic report.

The paid diagnostic result is a preparation estimate and academic recommendation. It is not an official IELTS result and does not guarantee any future IELTS score.

Paid diagnostic results may be sent by email and may be accessible later using the reference number and email address where the lookup feature is available.

Writing, Speaking, and diagnostic reviews are provided according to package rules, diagnostic product rules, teacher/admin availability, and review workflow.

Review comments, bands, and recommendations are educational guidance and professional judgement for preparation purposes. They are not official IELTS scores.

Review turnaround may vary depending on workload, incomplete submissions, audio quality, response quality, technical issues, or operational availability.

IELTS Precision provides preparation, training, practice, diagnostics, teacher/admin review, and guidance.

IELTS Precision does not guarantee a specific official IELTS band, score increase, immigration result, university admission, employment outcome, or visa result.

Candidate progress depends on starting level, consistency, study time, language foundation, exam readiness, and performance on the official test day.

Accounts are for the named student only. Sharing login details, reselling access, copying resources, scraping content, recording restricted material, or misusing the platform is not allowed.

IELTS Precision may suspend or restrict access if there is suspected misuse, fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, payment dispute, or violation of these terms.

You may submit writing answers, speaking recordings, diagnostic answers, community posts, reviews, comments, support messages, and other content.

IELTS Precision may store, review, moderate, remove, or use submitted content as needed to provide the service, manage reviews, protect the platform, and improve learning support.

IELTS Precision certificates confirm completion of IELTS Precision training requirements only.

They are not official IELTS certificates, official IELTS Test Report Forms, or substitutes for official IELTS results.

Public certificate verification may show limited certificate-relevant details to confirm authenticity. Edited PDFs, screenshots, or shared images are not proof of validity without verification through the official verification page.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Refunds are handled according to the IELTS Precision Refund Policy published on the website.

IELTS Precision may improve, reorganize, replace, update, or remove content, lessons, resources, tests, features, designs, or workflows to improve the platform.
