Refund Policy

Refund expectations for package access, paid diagnostics, teacher review, digital content, and checkout payments.

1. General refund principle

IELTS Precision provides digital IELTS preparation access, diagnostics, teacher/admin review, learning materials, and online support. Because these services can be accessed immediately after payment, refunds are limited and depend on the product purchased, access used, and support already delivered.

Submitting a payment means you agree to the product description, access rules, package features, diagnostic terms, and refund conditions shown on the website.

2. 3-Day Clarity Guarantee

Precision Core and Precision Guided may include a 3-Day Clarity Guarantee where stated on the website.

The guarantee means that if the platform does not give you clearer direction about your IELTS weak areas, target-band path, and next study steps within the first 3 calendar days after successful payment/account activation, you may contact support and request review of your refund request.

This guarantee is about clarity of preparation direction. It is not a guarantee of a specific official IELTS score, official band increase, immigration result, university admission, employment outcome, or visa result.

The guarantee may not apply where there has been substantial platform use, consumed teacher review, live session participation, downloaded resources at scale, account sharing, misuse, repeated refund abuse, or failure to reasonably start the recommended first steps.

3. Package purchases

Refunds for package purchases may be considered where there is a duplicate payment, incorrect charge, wrong package purchase corrected before substantial use, unresolved technical access issue, or a valid 3-Day Clarity Guarantee request.

Refunds are generally not available after significant use of lessons, resources, tests, mocks, teacher review, live/group support, or other package benefits.

Package features, access duration, review quota, teacher support level, and live support availability may differ by package. Candidates should choose carefully before purchase.

4. Paid Expert Diagnostic fee

The Paid Expert Diagnostic fee is generally non-refundable once the paid diagnostic has been opened, started, saved, submitted, reviewed, or partially completed.

A refund may be considered for duplicate payment, wrong charge, verified technical failure preventing access, or if IELTS Precision is unable to provide the diagnostic service.

The paid diagnostic provides preparation guidance and teacher/admin review. It is not an official IELTS result and does not guarantee a future IELTS band score.

5. Free diagnostic

The free diagnostic has no payment and therefore no refund issue.

Free diagnostic results are automated estimates for preparation guidance and are normally sent by email if the candidate provides a valid email address.

6. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not available where the student changes their mind after using the service, expected a guaranteed IELTS score, did not continue preparation, shared the account, misused the platform, consumed teacher/admin review, or failed to provide accurate contact/access information.

Refunds are also generally not available for issues outside IELTS Precision control, such as poor internet connection, candidate device problems, email inbox filtering, missed sessions due to candidate delay, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Refund processing and requests

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Stripe/payment provider, card network, bank, and currency/payment route.

To request a refund review, contact IELTS Precision support using the official contact details on the website. Include your full name, payment email, package/diagnostic purchased, payment date, and reason for request.
